Large One Bedroom condo, with an extra bed in the living room will allow four guests to sleep in comfort.
   The condo is equipped with a full kitchen (Full size stove, Oven, Toaster Oven, Fridge, Blender, Dinnerware), Phone, Cable TV, VCR, Stereo, Ceiling fans.

- Parking is #12 only
- Maids cleaning fee of $80.00 for under 6 days.
- Parking space for one car per unit is provided.
- We are a no smoking facility. Smoking outside only.
- Weekly maid service available.
- Steps away from the beach at Kuau Cove.
- Shopping in Paia town is five minutes away by car.
- Ho’okipa Beach Park, world famous windsurfing spot is the next beach, a quick drive or a ten minute walk.

- Jacques' North Shore (PAIA): Owned by French chef Jacques Pauvert, friend of Charles, this is the place to go for Sushi and French/Pacific Rim Cuisine... Favourites: Spicy Ahi Tuna roll, Shrimp Tempura roll and Spicy Hamachi roll... (Think around 20-25 bucks a head)
- Paia Fish Market (PAIA): Owned by Yuri, another friend of Charles, the best quality/price rate around the island, delicious fish burgers. Favourite: Opah Burger... (Think 10-12 bucks a head)
- Mama's Fish House (KUAU/PAIA): Upscale restaurant down the street from the condo. The best fish you'll have on the island... Favourite: Seared Ahi with brandy sauce...(Think around 50-60 bucks a head)
   Where to party:
- On Friday Nights: Jacques' North Shore (PAIA): a DJ spins there every Friday.. Good clean fun... ($10 cover)
   Where to rent windsurfing gear:
- Kanaha Kai: Hot Sails Maui, Tabou Boards, Surfboards
- Neilpryde Maui: Neilpryde Sails, JP Boards, Surfboards...
